Experience:
A natural leader Rowdy discovered his skills at an early age and throughout his life has developed and refined his leaderships skills in numerous leadership roles, as captain of professional sporting teams, chairman of huge charity events, Managing Director of his own businesses and General Manager of a multimillion dollar company as well as a father to four children. He mentors a group of CEO’s on a monthly basis and runs regular leadership seminars throughout the country.
